High Yield Stock Option Trading
Previously, we were a group of investors / traders who were following our Mid-Term Algorithm day trading the S&P 500 Futures. It was going well, but market conditions changed. It became unprofitable and difficult to trade.
So, our algorithm was applied to trading OPTIONS on one large cap U.S. Stock ... GOOGL.
The Options and the algorithm were found to be most profitable on GOOGL (Alphabet Inc). The reason why this is THE BEST Stock to be trading Options on is because it is high priced and that it trends and moves smoothly. When the underlying stock has a relatively small move of about $10, the "properly selected" Option will often DOUBLE or TRIPLE .... or MORE ! ! !
Trades often occur one every 4 - 10 days ... and are held for 1-2-3 days. Returns can often average about 200% - 300% - 400% a month ! ! ! ..... HUGE ! ! ! ... depending on how many trades there are and how much the move can capture on the Option.
This IS NOT day trading ! It is more like Swing Trading ... one trade every week or two (or so), and holding the trade for 1-3 days. After the option doubles in value, it is tracked closely so as to not give back the profit .... sometimes exited and it might go higher later .... but if 100% gain is secured, that is ok. You can never buy the bottom and sell the top. Our goal is just to make solid profit consistently.
Trading is guided by our very accurate, technical algorithm. We also do something that NO ONE ELSE DOES ! ! ! .... we chart and track and apply our algorithm to the actual "OPTIONS CHART" .... the Options Prices .... technically ! ! !
Losses are minimized by taking trades only in the direction of the Long Term Trend. Also, that trade entries are "qualified" and filtered by having a similar entry formation to confirm the trade set-up on a Shorter Termed Stock Chart - AND - ON THE OPTIONS CHART ! ! ! When ALL line-up the probability of it being a profitable trade is VERY HIGH ! ! ! ... the risk of it being a losing trade is very small.
Years ago I used to teach Trading Seminars. At one of my seminars I had 2-3 Trainers / Teachers from a rival Options Trading School / Company. At the end of my seminar they all stood up and said who they were, and that what they just learned was FAR SUPERIOR to anything they ever learned or taught at their seminars. "TRUE STORY" ! ! ! ! ! ! ... and it is an improved version of what I used to teach that is now being used in THIS TRADING ! ! !
My algorithm and my model / system is more profitable than any other Investment Opportunity or Options Trading Opportunity available. Now that it is being applied to a high priced, smooth trending stock's options, it is fantastic.
GOOGL is a major Large Cap U.S. Stock with excellent volume. Therefore, it is ALWAYS MOVING and ALWAYS TRENDING SMOOTHLY. It lends itself well for trading it's Options. Results are consistent - there are trades every week to 10 days ... 2-5 trades a month. When GOOGL is in a Long Term UPTREND, we are only looking to buy CALL Options. When GOOGL is in a Long Term DOWN TREND, we are only looking to Buy PUT Options.
Since January 2019 GOOGL has been in a strong Long Term UPTREND ... and, as such, there has been 6-8 beautiful Options trades (about 2-3-4 trades a month).
You WILL NOT find Options Charts used or shown anywhere on the internet (only one site, BigCharts, has a crude facsimile to anything remotely similar to Options Charts ... but they are not usable).
